1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing eTubeAds ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Publisher Rules

Publishers may not place ad zones on sites containing illegal content, deceptive interfaces, or automated traffic. Violation results in immediate account termination and forfeiture of earnings.

3. Advertiser Rules

Advertisers must ensure their creatives comply with applicable laws and do not promote prohibited products. All campaigns are subject to review before going live.

4. Revenue Share

Publishers receive 70% of net revenue generated by their zones. Payouts are processed within 30 days of the payment period.

5. Fraud

Any attempt to generate artificial impressions or clicks will result in account suspension and legal action where applicable.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which eTubeAds operates. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration.
